The sub at this Subway location was disappointing with hard bread, not enough ingredients, and being more expensive compared to other branches. Cheese and toasting were requested but barely visible in the sub and the entire sandwich was cold. There was also a lack of chipotle sauce even after asking for extra. On the customer service side, it was average with staff appearing indifferent and just working for their paycheck. Another review had a terrible experience at Subway due to less portion of meat or chicken, distracting tactics, and overall dissatisfaction with the sub quality.
