After the renovation, the staff has changed and service is terrible. Employees with headphones ignore customers and don’t hear what they’re saying. Sauce is diluted and everything floats. ⏱️ Service is slow, with one reviewer barely moving behind the counter. Food was good, but a rude employee ignored one customer who had to shout to get attention. On a positive note, one branch has nice and friendly workers. The place is always clean enough when visiting this branch. However, during the last visit, the bread was harder and dryer than usual – possibly overcooked.
