Worst service ever with a 30-minute wait and wrong order. Best Subway in London with an amazing employee named Algi who knows your order before you even order. Friendly and clean location at the back of a petrol station, rarely any queues. Rude lady denied customer toilet access without explanation. Nachos was burned and lacked taste and enough cheese on first batch, had to make it again. Polish server was helpful, professional, and served great fresh food. Some don’t like the smell of Subway in petrol stations, but others seem to enjoy it. No customer toilet facility at this location. Disappointing for some customers who won’t be returning because of it. Overall great service from hard-working staff.
