Awful train station with no disabled access, uneven stairs, and basic waiting room. Frequent Southeastern services to London Victoria, Bromley South, and Orpington. Ticket machine available and staffed ticket office open three days a week due to staff shortage. Station car park is available (payable). ❌ No station toilet. ⬆️ Main problem is the lack of lift; difficult for parents with buggy or pushchair due to many steps. The station has the essentials for a small commuter train station but lacks step-free access. ☕ Small café open some of the time and minimal seating and shelter on platforms. ‍♀️ Not good accessibility; all platforms have stairs down. No nearby bus stops unless you trek up a big hill (not suitable for those with luggage).
