Friendly staff, very polite. Disappointed with today’s facial session, it finished 12 minutes early and didn’t achieve desired results. Not worth the £59 price (but appreciated the 10% NHS discount). ✨ Pleasant experience for a pre-holiday tidy up, quick booking process, and great results for eyebrow thread tint and waxing. Lovely atmosphere in the salon, staff was kind and sweet during a deep back cleansing session. Highly recommend The Pharm for consistently excellent experiences over nearly 5 years.
