Very poor Vue cinema in desperate need of new management and refurb. O2 center also needs a revamp with leaking ceiling and broken escalators. Dirty, ripped seats, broken cup holders, overall filthy cinema. Bathrooms are revolting with urine / water on the floor. Popcorn and drinks everywhere at the entrance. Not recommended, go to Odeon Swiss Cottage instead. Cinema is absolutely disgusting! Mess everywhere even during quiet times, popcorn on seats – absurd! Recommend going to Swiss Cottage location instead. The cinema is located in a mall and occupies the top floor. Ticket counter available both for walk-ins and online bookings. Food counters also available. Screens are quite huge and overall experience is good. Good ticket prices and helpful staff at Vue cinema. The layout of the screen
