Waterloo Station

Yesterday, I traveled back from Poole to London Waterloo around 2-3 pm. There was an Asian guy at the ticket barriers who was a bit rude, but his colleague told me to talk to him. I had a screenshot of my ticket, which is a common practice for everyone. Regardless of this experience, I still plan to return with my boys. There was a complaint about poor description of the bus stop outside London Eye for the National Express A7 route to Stansted Airport. One person wanted to know if they could take the National Express bus from Waterloo to Stansted Airport. Someone else mentioned that the signposting at Waterloo Station is extremely unhelpful and it made it nearly impossible for them to find their bus.
