Waterstones at O2 Finchley Rd is wonderful and the staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. Special shout out to Noor, who helped me figure out the app and also recommended books. Will b back soon! Extremely rude staff, in particular an English lady with short hair. Have had 2 awful experiences with her now. She is lazy, unhelpful, and obnoxious and not someone who should be working in customer care. Will shop from online retailers now as the price is way lower and don’t need to deal with the likes of her!! Love how spacious it is and the sheer variety of books they have, there is something for everyone, and it is very well organized. Fantastic book-store with knowledgeable and helpful staff. Wide selection of books, not a lot of antiques but a lot of new books! Very nice ambi
