West Sutton is considered an average train station, but it lacks wheelchair accessibility and amenities such as food and toilets. The platform has some seating and offers a nice walking area. ⌛ However, there is a mixed opinion about the frequency of trains, with some saying they only come every 45 minutes to an hour. ️ Some suggest adding back Southern Rail to increase train times in and out of London for the convenience of residents. West Sutton itself is described as a beautiful area, but it relies on Southern Rail or Thameslink which are considered poor operators, affecting the overall rating of the station. While not exceptional, having a train station in West Sutton is still better than not having one at all.
